Gift Wrap Service

For an additional charge of $5, we are pleased to gift-wrap your purchase before shipping. Our premier gift-wrapping service includes an exquisite and reusable handmade gift bag made from select eco-friendly or vintage fabrics!

Packaging

We make every possible effort to ship your merchandise in the packaging in which we received it. In some cases, however, we will re-wrap your selection in order to protect your purchase during shipment. Please save and reuse the wrapping next time you give a gift!

Return Policies

Returns and exchanges are accepted on FULL PRICED merchandise within 21 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoebox in its original condition and without postal labels.

Please email us at customerservice@shopmodify.com for a return authorization form. Complete the form and include it with your package.A $10.00 restocking charge will be applied to all returns that do not include a return authorization form. Please recycle and reuse all packaging material from the original shipment!

Damaged Merchandise

If you received damaged items, or merchandise you did not order, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the product eligible for return. Failure to follow this policy requires that we must apply our discretion in accepting or declining the return of damaged merchandise.

Sale Merchandise

Returns on regular SALE merchandise will be accepted if the return is postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of delivery. You will receive a store credit coupon code that may be applied to future orders. Please email us at customerservice@shopmodify.com for a return authorization form. Complete the form and include it with your package. Please recycle and reuse all packaging material from the original shipment!

Furniture and Houseware

All furniture is made to order and therefore non-returnable. All furniture is excluded from any promotions or discounts.

Coupons, Discounts & Special Promotions

Discounts and promotions are accepted on in-stock, non-sale merchandise. Neither can be applied to sale or previously ordered merchandise. If a promotional code is applied to an item that is on sale, we will grant the greater discount (and not both) relative to the original price.

Coupon codes will not be retroactively accepted on orders that have already processed. Only one coupon code may be redeemed per order. Coupons may not apply to all vendors.

Shipping Policy

In an effort to offset the carbon from our shipping, you will receive a free package of tree seeds. See carbonfund.org for more information about carbon offsets.

We ship via UPS. Charges for Ground shipping orders under $100, Next Day, Second Day and Third Day Air are determined by UPS pricing.

Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, generally ship within ONE business day pending availability and credit verification.

Because we ship orders via UPS, we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or to P.O. Boxes. We do not offer Saturday delivery on our website. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your special needs. Please call us at 1-888-6modify if you have any special shipping needs or requests.
